SECE joins the Best Company for All Talent program to promote diversity and equality
SECE has formalised its participation in the Best Company for All Talent Program by joining the initiatives Empowering Women’s Talent and Diversity Leading Company, promoted by Equipos & Talento, with the aim of strengthening its gender equality, diversity and inclusion policies in the workplace.
The company reaffirms its commitment to inclusive talent management and to creating professional environments that foster equal opportunities for all. In this regard, joining these programs aligns with SECE’s internal policies focused on inclusion, respect for diversity and professional development.
